Food source of CoQ10 include beef heart, sardines, anchovies, mackerel, salmon, broccoli, spinach, and nuts. Although CoQ10 can be obtained from these foods (only about 3-5 mg per day), it would require consuming large quantities to be the equivalent of taking a CoQ10 supplement. |
